Arabian Camel

by Judith Lile and Jim Sneed

The Arabian Camels
The Arabian camel, introduced in 1906, was made in five regular size designs - open mouth glass eyes, closed mouth glass eyes,
painted eyes carved head, painted eyes molded head, and decal eyes molded head. No reduced design was made.

Open mouth, glass eyes

This early style was made with glass eyes, leather ears, a woven cord tail, and a carved head.

Glass eyes, blanket

The glass eyes camel was produced with
a blanket. The gold braiding was the same as that used on some personnel and elephants.
