Fulton Toy Company

The Fulton Toy Company of Fulton, Illinois, a division of Patent Novelty Company, made toys at least from 1928 through 1931. Their toys are not easily recognized as most were not identified. Few examples have surfaced so if you have any of these toys, please send me photographs.
