Gene teaches about American folk art and toys, and the phenomenon of collecting them. Gene once assembled a great collection of toy ray guns. His collection can be seen at http://www.toyraygun.com He wrote a book about toy ray guns called RAYGUN. Years ago, he sold his collection to magician David Copperfield and now he collects the Schoenhut Humpty Dumpty circus.
