Hyena

by Judith Lile and Jim Sneed

The Schoenhut Hyenas
The hyena was introduced in 1909 with the introduction of the Teddy Roosevelt sets. It had enough of a production run to be made with painted eyes. These are rare since hyena are not circus performers.
