 The Schoenhut Weights

Schoenhut called him the "heavy weight man". The "heavy weight man" and the gent acrobat are the same figures.
There were three weights made for him - the 50 lb barbell, the 100 lb barbell, and the 200 lb weight.

200 lbs Weight

The 200lbs weight was made from wood with a metal ring for the heavy weight man to hold.

The early catalog pages on circus accessories show a ball-shaped 200 lbs weight. However, we have seen none of these.

50 lbs Weight

This barbell is about half the length of the 100 lbs weight and is marked "50".

All Schoenhut weights are marked "50", "100", or "200". If a weight is not marked, it is likely either a reproduction or a Delavan weight.

100 lbs Weight

The 100 lbs weight fits perfectly with the gent acrobat as an overhead weight.
