Cinderella's Chariot
and Chime #27
1900
Catalog shows Cinderella in her chariot, but it is unheard of to find
Cinderella remaining in this toy. It is believed that Gong Bell produced
this toy without Cinderella. If the catalog is correct in the design of
this toy, then Cinderella was made as a separate part of the toy making
her ideal for children to remove and be played with as another toy. This
toy was also made only for a couple of years. Finding these two still
together through the years makes it one of the rarest treasures during
this period. |
